The three-day training workshop of positive education messages that took place on October 3-5, 2023 has been completed. 28 of the faculty’s staff members have participated in the workshop. Based on the Ministry of Social Solidarity's concern with early childhood development and the fruitful cooperation between the Ministry and UNICEF, the positive education program at the Egyptian universities is implemented. It includes workshops and meetings to raise awareness of the aims and phases of the program. It primarily requires commitment from each of the participating members to convey positive education messages to 100 university student

Under the supervision of Dean Prof. Dr. Rehab Mahmoud Seddik and Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs Prof. Dr. Rehab Saleh, the Department of Youth Welfare organised a competition of an electronic journal on the 50th anniversary of October's glorious victory on Monday 2/10/2023. The faculty students who participated in the event: Mariam Raafat (4th year student) and Sherifa Abdallah (4th year student).

Under the supervision of Dean Prof. Dr. Rehab Seddik, and in cooperation with Ali Bin Abi Talib Organisation, the celebrations for the victory of the 6th of October have begun. Prof. Dr. Sulaf Abul Fath Elhamarawy, Professor at the Department of Basic Sciences and Dr. Sherin Elgalab, Lecturer at the Department of Basic Sciences, were in attendance. Various faculty students participated in the event: Alaa Alaa (postgraduate student), Alaa Ibrahim and Mai Issa (MA students), Nourhan Taha (4th year student), Habiba Ahmed (2nd year early intervention student).

On October 8, 2023, Prof. Dr. Rehab Seddik, Dean of the faculty and Chairperson of the Early Childhood Centre, and Dr. Rasha Gaber, Executive Director of the Centre, welcomed the students enrolled at the Educational Centre on their first day, wishing them a happy academic year. The dean met the teachers and stressed on exerting the utmost efforts to elevate the educational process at the centre. Her excellency wishes a happy new academic year for all learners and employees at the centre.
