Dean Prof. Dr. Rehab Mahmoud Seddik presents her sincere congratulations to Prof. Dr. Nelly Mohamed Saad Zakareya Elattar, Professor at the Basic Sciences Department, as the President of Alexandria University issued a decree for her appointment as Head of the Basic Sciences Department, wishing her and our faculty all progress and distinction.

Dean Prof. Dr. Rehab Mahmoud Seddik and Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs Prof. Dr. Rehab Saleh Bargouth received a committee from the University's Measurement and Assessment Centre. The committee members were Dr. Maha Asfour and Dr. Heba Galal- members of the Measurement, Assessment and E-Tests Centre at Alexandria University. The committee inspected the exam classes along with Prof. Dr. Rehab Saleh Bargouth, Dr. Hanan Ghoneim, Executive Director of the Measurement and Assessment Unit, Dr. Hanaa Ibrahim, Dr. Haidy Ezzat, Dr. Aziza Elwardany and Dr. Alaa Amer. In addition, the committee visited the control rooms and, finally, the Measurement and Assessment Unit at the faculty. At the end of the visit, the committee members expressed their sincere gratitude to the faculty’s administration for the efforts exerted by the faculty and the Measurement and Assessment Unit.

Under the auspices of Dean Prof. Dr. Rehab Mahmoud Seddik and Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs Prof. Dr. Rehab Saleh, and the supervision of the Youth Welfare Department, the faculty’s students participated in inaugurating the annual exhibition of the small-scale industries and handcrafts. The exhibition was held on 18/12/2023 at the multi-purpose hall at the Youth Welfare Administration. First-year student Shahd Hany won 5th place in the handcrafts competition, and first-year student Nour Ahmed won 4th place and third-year student Shahd Hossam won 5th place in the small-scale industries competition.
