The Faculty was established in 1989 and is  located in a special location in Alexandria. It was inaugurated by the First Lady Susan 

Moubarak in 1990 to prepare a qualified teacher academically and scientifically. 

The Faculty of Kindergarten and Specific education joined with the Republican decision no.329 in 1998 to Alexandria University. The period 

of study is 4 years. ​​
