Faculty of Education for Early Childhood Organizes a Solidarity Event in Celebration of the World Autism Awareness Day

Under the auspices of Prof. Abdelaziz Konsowa, President of Alexandria University, on Friday April 2^nd, 2021, the Faculty of Education for Early Childhood- Alexandria University organized a solidarity event in celebration of the World Autism Awareness Day, which is an internationally recognized day on the 2nd of April annually.

Prof. Konsowa, Prof. Huda Basheer, Dean of Faculty of Education for Early Childhood, the Vice- Deans and staff members of the faculty attended the event. In addition, children with autistic spectrum disorders, their parents, and Early Intervention Program students participated in the event. The event included illuminating the university's administration building in blue at 6 o'clock and the faculty's students performed a sign language song about autistic children.

A visit to the Measurement and Evaluation Center of the Faculty of Education for Early Childhood

Under the patronage of Prof. Abdel Aziz Kansoua, President of Alexandria University, and Professor Hisham Gaber, the Vice President of Alexandria University for Education and Student Affairs, the Measurement and Evaluation Center of Alexandria University, represented by Dr. Sameh Fawzi Nakhla, the head of the Center and Dr. Amira Zaitoun, has visited to the Faculty of Education for Early Childhood.

Prof. Hoda Bashier, the Dean of the Faculty, has kindly received them in her office at the presence of Prof. Dr. Rehab Saleh, the Deputy of Education and Student Affairs, and Dr. Hanan Ghoneim, the Director of the Measurement and Evaluation Unit at the Faculty.

Prof. Nakhla has checked applying the precautionary procedures during the exams at the Faculty. He has also thanked the control units as well as the Measurement and Evaluation unit at the Faculty.

The Faculty of Kindergarten holds a seminar entitled (Women and societal awareness)

Within the celebrations of the Egyptian Women's Day, the Faculty of Kindergarten- Alexandria University organized seminar entitled: Women and societal awareness". The event was held on Sunday, 18 March 2018 under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Essam El-Kurdi President of Alexandria University,

and Prof. Dr. Huda Bashir Dean of the Faculty of Kindergarten. The seminar was delivered by Prof. Dr. Magda El Shazly; the Rapporteur of the National Council for Women and former Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education Girls, and also Prof. Dr. Faten Ibrahim; the member of the National Council for Women and former Dean of the Faculty of Kindergarten.

The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Seham Badr the first Dean of the Faculty of Kindergarten. All attendants emphasized the need to actively release productive capacities, and improve the values of belonging and citizenship and community service.

The faculty of Early Childhood Education announces the extension of the application period for postgraduate studies

The Department of Postgraduate Studies, Faculty of Early Childhood Education, Alexandria University announced that it has been decided to extend the period of electronic application for postgraduate studies (professional diploma - general diploma - special diploma - master - doctorate) in early childhood education for the fall semester 2020 until Wednesday, 9/30/2020

Kindergaten Basketball team won the Agriculture team

According to Iman Abdul Latif the responsible for sport activity in the Faculty of Kindergarten, Alexandria University the faculty basketball team beat the Faculty of Agriculture in the Alexandria University League.
