The Committee of Graduate Studies and Research at Faculty of Kindergarten, Alexandria University adopted Master degree for Neama Basiuny Mohamed – Psychology Department for her thesis entitled “Effectiveness of training program for kindergarten teachers to improve the reactive intelligence of talent kids”. The thesis was under supervision of Dr. Ashraf Abdel Ghany Shrit and Dr. Saly Ali Hassan Mahmoud.

The Faculty of Kindergarten, Alexandria University held a human resource course entitled "self confidence training" under auspices of Prof. Dr. Dr. Hala El-Garawany, Dean of the Faculty. The course was delivered by Dr. Hend Abdelrasol; the Lecturer at Department of Psychology during the period from 1 to 3 August 2016 in Dr. Seham Badr Hall.

The thesis was under supervision of Dr. Hala El-Garawany, Dean of the Faculty and Dr. Somia Taha Gamil.

The Faculty of Kindergarten, Alexandria University held a human resource course entitled "leadership training " under auspices of Prof. Dr. Dr. Hala El-Garawany, Dean of the Faculty. The course was delivered by Dr. Hend Abdelrasol; the Lecturer at Department of Psychology during the period from 6 to 8 August 2016 in Dr. Seham Badr Hall.
