Within the framework of the faculty’s keenness to provide and implement all occupational safety and health requirements that ensure preventing risks for the human and physical elements, in addition to providing a safe work environment, and in light of the guidelines set by Prof. Dr. Abd Elaziz Konsowa, President of Alexandria University, Prof. Dr. Said Allam, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Dr. Rehab Seddik, Dean of the faculty, and in line with the decision of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee in the presence of the faculty’s secretary in March 2024 to plan to evacuate the faculty, an evacuation and emergency plan was held on March 10, 2024. The faculty was successfully evacuated in less than 5 minutes after the alarm was turned on, students headed to the safe area and then outside the faculty through the 3 gates.
