Within the framework of the directives of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to attract international students to study in Egyptian universities and institutes within the initiative (Study in Egypt) and on the occasion of the Central Administration for International Student Affairs opening the door for admission for international students to study in Egyptian universities and institutes and setting the rules for the procedure for accepting international students for the academic year 2024/2023,  including the mechanisms for withdrawing the file:

Within the framework of the approval of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research on the mechanisms for withdrawing the file, which includes that the student applies on the website of the administration

With an explanation of the reason for the withdrawal and payment of the service fee, provided that the file is withdrawn before the beginning of the academic year, and in case of withdrawing the file before 1/10/2024, it is obligatory to pay 10% of the value of the study for the first year, and in case of withdrawing the file before 1/11/2024, it is obligatory to pay 50% of the value of the study for the first year, and in case of withdrawing the file after 1/11/2024,  it is obligatory to pay 100% of  the value of the study.

In the event that the student submits the file withdrawal service on the platform, the student's papers will include an official and reliable statement of the academic status in the official authorities.
