The Faculty Council of Kindergarten approved the decision of the Committee of Graduate Studies and Research to adopt the PhD granted by the Department of Educational Sciences to Iman Ali Mohammed El Deeb for her thesis entitled "A proposal to activate human resources management to develop the performance inside educational and scientific institutions".

The thesis was under supervision of Prof. Dr. Seham Badr and Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Al Gaafari.
